John Porsch MBE - Group Director

John completed 22 years in the Royal Military Police, primarily within the Technical Support Unit environment, working with specialist units such as the Army's Special Investigation Branch, Drugs Intelligence Units, Terrorist Recognition Cells and Close Protection Teams. He has held management positions for over 20 years and has built up extensive experience of security and intelligence operations and training. John was awarded the MBE, in recognition of his work to counter terrorism.

Notable commercial projects, include the design and co-ordination of a Special Forces training programme for a Middle-East Government, devising training packages for airline security and passenger handling staff, and the administration, management and instruction on numerous Close Protection training courses. John has also been directly involved with the management of both low and high risk Close Protection contracts within the UK and overseas.

In August 2000, John co-founded Phoenix C.P Ltd, a company specialising in Close Protection training and was its Managing Director until June 2004. He then moved on to become a Director and Co-Founder of The Nemesis Group Ltd. John is an active member of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Close Protection Consultancy Group for Training and Qualifications.

Gabrielle Chavasse - Group Director

Gabrielle has a number of year's corporate experience working for Blue Chip Companies and also has worked with clients from various facets of the commercial world both in the UK and Internationally.

In 2000 Gabrielle expanded into business intelligence and was commissioned by a company to investigate the Close Protection industry, from both a student and client's viewpoint. This entailed attending courses and investigation of training companies throughout the world, over a two year period. This knowledge she has brought with her to The Nemesis Group Ltd where she is a Director and Co-Founder with John.

Gabrielle is also an accomplished commercial investigator, with experience of investigating companies suspected of criminal activities. Professional organisations that she has been / is a member of include the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, American Society of International Law, American Society of Industrial Security, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Women in International Security, the Association of Certified Money Laundering Specialists and Institute of Directors.
